Shipping and Returns
Thanks for ordering with us. We will aim to have purchased items shipped withing 3 business days of the confirmed payment. Unless otherwise stated in the product description. Shipping is available in both Canada for the USA. If you live abroad, please contact us at info@regarexpeditions.com and we can attempt to see if shipping to you is possible.

Special order products will be labelled as such in the store and potential lead times will be mentioned as best as possible.

Shipping delays may occur if orders are placed while we are out in the field on a trip or expedition. All efforts will be made to post our travel dates in our events page, and all orders received during these periods will be fulfilled within 3 business days of our return. Your patience in these cases is appreciated.

All items will be inspected before shipping. We will do our very best to ensure all product ships and arrives as intended.

All sales are considered final. If you are unsure of a purchase or if damage occurs upon shipping and arrival, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in correcting what your concern may be.
